Here are the standard shipping rates:

US   $4.75 per order for Priority Mail
Rest of World   $6.40 for Airmail 1st Class International

The forms of payment that I can accept are:

US   Paypal, Cash, Check, Money Orders
Outside US   Paypal, US Cash, International Money Orders, Western Union Money Transfers
